It is shown that in semiconducting nanostructures which we know as quantum dots (QCs), the total Hamiltonian spin interactions of electron-holes are significantly enhanced by the Hamiltonian of spin-spin and spin-orbital interactions in the ground states and also in the excited states which directly depended on orbital quantum number. The recent advancement in spin electronics, spintronics semiconductor QCs has provided opportunities in developing new properties of nanostructures materials based on spin- interactions for example in some fields like: spin filters, spin transistors, changing gap QCs nanostructures and etc. This work devoted to study the spins interactions of artificial bound states system in semiconducting nanostructures. Description of this interaction will be carried out on the research basis asymptotical behavior of two scalar particles in external gauge field with the Coulomb interaction and different masses (electrons and holes).
