The book discusses the challenges faced by the small clothing retail stores with regards to strategic planning and factors affecting strategic planning in the clothing retail industry. The book also analyze the effects of talent attraction, employee retention, job satisfaction, and productivity on talent management. Social sciences research methodology framework is a structured and sequential research process used in this book with each stage feeding into the other to provide an all-inclusive base for the entire social sciences research practice. The study also use quantitative research approach and descriptive research design in order to determine the influence of cash management practices and the growth of SMEs. The book also highlights self-efficacy beliefs and predict both career readiness and job search intention. This book also describe the factors influencing school administrators’ responses to the newly introduced online application system. The employment dynamics during pandemic was also highlighted as well as ascertain the relationship between emotional intelligence and the quality of life of educators by highlighting how emotional intelligence is a crucial skill for flourishing in challenging times. The UNDP sustainable development goals was also described. The contribution of this book extends to finding answers to the continued underrepresentation of women, especially young women in DRC’s business ecosystem.
