Abstract

A dynamic system always tries to keep his balance from setting its attributes by correcting previous injustice. For example, in the allocation of resources among regions during periods, the state is considered as a dynamic system that seeks to correct the unbalance between the levels of regions at prior periods to achieve the equality between the average levels of regions during periods. In this paper, we present the lexicographic multi-period resources allocation problem with weighted substitutable resources. We propose the addition of variables of correction and we formulate the lexicographic multi-period resources allocation problem with corrective justice and weighted substitutable resources. We develop an exact algorithm to solve the formulated model and we discuss the eciency of this algorithm.
